Nature's cupboard is full of wonderful herbs, flowers and essential oils that can enrich your skincare without the use of harsh chemicals, leaving your skin nourished, soothed and glowing, naturally. Age old, medicinal herb infused oils and glycerins can be incorporated into creams and lotions to alleviate problem skin like acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, redness, itchy and aging skin. Our expert instructions will guide you through the process of using natural plant-based ingredients, medicinal herbs, and essential oils to create personalised skincare that is perfect for your skin type. Discover the joy and benefits of using natural ingredients while learning a new skill. Here is what this informative, hands on course includes! You will make three facial and body care products suitable for your skin type. Learn about amazing, natural ingredients like, shea, coconut, cocoa and mango butters, natural plant oils including olive, sunflower and rosehip, infused oils like calendula and comfrey, hydrosols from aromatic flowers, beeswax and vegan waxes, clays and essential oils. Learn how to make hydrous, anhydrous and emulsified products. Learn which herbs and essential oils which can help soothe and relieve skin problems. Understand how to use preservatives that are certified by Ecocert and Cosmos. Take home the three products you have made on the day, worth approximately £90 if purchased on the high street.
